Sterling Custom Sheet Metal is seeking Metal Workers for immediate hire. This position consists of metal fabrication processes on a production line. Knowledge of metal forming, and cutting equipment is preferred but not mandatory. Starting pay depends on level of experience and ability to adapt and learn. After 60 Days we will meet to evaluate your performance. Bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities include:

• Assemble sheet metal goods in a production line.
• Monitor quantities during the production process.
• Achieve daily production goals set by Leads/Managers.
• Must be punctual and report to work on time.
• Monitor quality of products during fabrication.
• Stage components and raw materials in an orderly fashion.
• Practice good housekeeping in work areas.

Skills required:

• Strong work ethic and organizational skills
• Be able to work/adapt to a demanding and fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Capable of lifting 50+ pounds unassisted, bend, twist and stand for long periods.
• Be able to work on your feet for extended periods of time.
• Must have a reliable mode of transportation.
